The process is more complicated on an iPhone because users have to worry about jailbreaking, which involves installing unauthorized software or modifying the device.

The option to Change your GPS location on iPhone is still possible with the use of iSpoofer on Windows/Mac. The program is paid, but offers a free three days trial  for iOS 8 through iOS 13.

1. First, download and install iSpoofer.

2. Plug your iPhone into your computer, open iSpoofer, and select Spoof. If you see a message about the three-day trial, select Continue Trial.

Note: You might also have to press OK on a message about downloading an iOS Developer Disk Image file.

3. Search for a location or browse the map, and then click exactly where you want your new GPS location to fake.

4. Select Move to instantly move there.
